Weekly Update: Rides With The Boys!

Really happy to have ended last week with a longer 4.5 hour training ride with a few mates just riding, chatting and doing what we enjoy most, which really helped spark the ‘motivation’ flame after a few days of negativity…

I definitely feel that those longer less stressful day’s out on the bike is well needed when you train close to 5-6 days a week filled with high intensity efforts that leave you contemplating why you actually do what you do, but those longer days out with friends and those race days definitely make the pain worth the effort!

Looking forward to smashing a few efforts this week, hopefully ending it all off with yet another 4 hour ride before settling into the taper phase before race day!
